• Your selected photos are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers.

• We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing the App's AI design features.

• We do not require sign-in or account creation to use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Photos You Select for AI Design

When you use the App and choose photos for AI interior design, we temporarily process them to generate design suggestions.

  • We process only the specific photos you choose to redesign.
  • We do not access your entire photo library even if you grant permission.
  • Your photos are sent to our AI processing service only when you actively request a design.
  • Photos are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently.
  • Metadata (such as location tags) attached to your photos is not collected or used.

1.2. App Usage & Device Information

We collect certain technical data to improve and maintain the App through Firebase Analytics, including:

  • App usage details (e.g., features used, session duration, language preferences).
  • Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, general location by country).
  • App performance and crash data for troubleshooting.

1.3. Purchase Information

If you subscribe to premium features:

  • Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
  • We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store payment details.
  • Payment information is processed entirely by Apple or Google.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share limited information with trusted service providers:

  • AI Processing Services: We use third-party AI services to generate your interior designs. Your photos are sent to these services only when you request a design and are processed temporarily.
  • Analytics Provider: Firebase Analytics helps us understand app usage and improve performance.
  • Subscription Management: RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store handle payment processing and subscription management.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information to authorities.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Your Choices

  • Revoke Photo Access: Adjust camera/photo permissions in your device settings at any time.
  • Opt Out of Analytics: You can limit analytics tracking through your device settings.

  • Manage Subscriptions: Cancel or modify subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Data Security & Retention

  • Photos selected for AI design are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Analytics and device data is retained only as long as necessary for App functionality or legal compliance.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.

6. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country (including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately.

8. No Account Required

Aura AI does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the App. You can use all features without providing personal identification information.

Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Aura AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

The App is owned and operated by VISIONQUIET ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Aura AI, you accept these Terms in full.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark, etc.) on the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create derivative works based on the App or its content

All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and design rights, remain the property of VISIONQUIET.

3. App Description and Features

Aura AI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to:

  • Upload photos of their spaces (rooms, exteriors, gardens, etc.)
  • Select room types, design styles, and color palettes
  • Generate AI-transformed interior design visualizations
  • Save and organize design projects
  • Share generated designs with others

The App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technology to analyze uploaded images and generate new design visualizations based on user preferences.

4. User Account and Registration

While basic onboarding is required, the App operates with an automatically generated account ID. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and App access
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Keeping your device software up to date

We recommend that you do not jailbreak (iOS) or root (Android) your device, as this may:

  • Compromise your device's security features
  • Make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs
  • Cause the App to malfunction or not work at all
  • Violate these Terms and result in termination of your access

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

Aura AI offers premium subscription plans including:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription
  • Free trial periods (where applicable)

5.2 Billing and Charges

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase
  • Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice

5.3 Free Trial

  • Free trial periods, if offered, allow you to test premium features before being charged
  • You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
  • Free trials are limited to one per user/device

5.4 Credits System

  • Premium subscribers receive daily credits (typically 5 credits per day)
  • Credits are used to generate AI designs
  • Credits refresh every 24 hours for active premium subscribers
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next day

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

When you upload photos or images to the App:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your original photos and images
  • You grant VISIONQUIET a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the App's services
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

6.2 AI-Generated Designs

  • AI-generated design visualizations created through the App are provided for your personal use
  • While you may save and share generated designs, you acknowledge that similar designs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs
  • VISIONQUIET retains rights to the AI models, algorithms, and technology used to generate designs

6.3 Prohibited Content

You must NOT upload, create, or share:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Content depicting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Deepfake or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Copyrighted images without proper authorization or fair use justification

7. Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks
  • Use any automated system (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the App without our express written permission
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload or share

7.2 Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

Automatic Monitoring: Our systems continuously monitor and analyze user activity to prevent misuse, abuse, or excessive usage that could affect service quality for other users.

Rate Limiting: To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, we implement automatic rate limiting. If suspicious patterns or excessive usage are detected, your access may be temporarily restricted.

Temporary Blocks: Any access restrictions are temporary and will be automatically lifted after a specified period. If you believe your access has been incorrectly restricted, please contact our support team.

Detection Systems: Our advanced algorithms detect unusual usage patterns, attempts to circumvent subscription requirements, abusive behavior or violations of these Terms, and activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these protective measures designed to maintain service quality for all users.

8. Internet Connectivity and Data Usage

8.1 Internet Connection Required

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to function, including:

  • Uploading images for AI processing
  • Generating AI design visualizations
  • Syncing projects across devices
  • Accessing premium features

8.2 Data Charges

  • VISIONQUIET is not responsible for any data charges you may incur from your mobile network provider
  • If you use the App without Wi-Fi, your mobile provider's data rates will apply
  • Roaming charges may apply if you use the App outside your home country/region
  • You are responsible for understanding and accepting any charges from your mobile provider

8.3 Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
  • We are not liable if the App is unavailable due to internet connectivity issues beyond our control

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with and relies on third-party services, including:

  • Firebase (Google) - for backend services, authentication, and analytics
  • RevenueCat - for subscription management
  • Cloudinary - for image processing and storage
  • Replicate AI - for AI-powered design generation
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store - for distribution and payments

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using the App, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these third-party services.

VISIONQUIET is not responsible for any third-party services or their content, and we make no warranties regarding their availability or functionality.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection practices include:

  • Photo Access: We only access photos you explicitly select for design generation
  • Processing: Selected photos are temporarily processed to generate AI designs
  • Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App
  • No Permanent Storage: Your original photos are not permanently stored on our servers

11. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under the required age, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

12. Refund Policy

12.1 Refund Processing

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Therefore:

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, not to VISIONQUIET
  • Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple's or Google's refund policies
  • VISIONQUIET does not directly process refunds
  • Refunds are handled at the sole discretion of Apple or Google

12.2 Activity Log Sharing

If you request a refund, please be aware that:

  • Your app usage activity logs may be shared with the App Store to verify your claim
  • This sharing is limited to what is necessary to process the refund request
  • We only share information required to validate usage and prevent fraudulent refund claims
  • This process ensures fairness and transparency for all users

12.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Aura AI → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Aura AI → Cancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

  • Device battery drain from App usage
  • Device storage consumption
  • Any damages to your device from using the App
  • Loss of data or content
  • Any decisions you make based on AI-generated designs

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISIONQUIET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Any damage to property or personal injury
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your content or data
  • Any damages resulting from the conduct of other users

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VISIONQUIET and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your uploaded content or any intellectual property infringement
  • Any false or misleading information you provide

16. Updates and Modifications

16.1 App Updates

  • We may release updates to the App from time to time
  • Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements
  • Some updates may be required to continue using the App
  • You agree to accept updates when offered
  • The App is currently available on iOS and Android; system requirements may change

16.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
  • If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App

17. Termination

17.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by:

  • Deleting the App from your device
  • Canceling your subscription
  • Contacting us to request account deletion

17.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Technical or security reasons
  • Discontinuation of the App

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App immediately ceases
  • You must delete the App from your devices
  • Any outstanding subscription fees are non-refundable (except as required by law)
  • We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@visionquiet.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
  • Arbitration/Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or mediation as permitted by applicable law
  • Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey for the purpose of litigating such claims or disputes

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and VISIONQUIET concerning the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

21. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by VISIONQUIET.

23. Language

24. Apple App Store Additional Terms

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and VISIONQUIET only, not with Apple
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the App
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund; Apple has no other warranty obligation
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it
  • Apple is not responsible for any third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you

25. Google Play Store Additional Terms

For users who download the App from the Google Play Store, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service.


By using Aura AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
