SeeLog is a location tracking platform that allows you to log, monitor, and review your movements, routes, and location history. SeeLog is designed as a practical tool for personal tracking, travel logging, and location-based awareness.

All content and data generated during the use of the application is entirely the responsibility of the USER. Users acknowledge that the location data they share with SeeLog will be used to generate tracking records and related features within the application.

Users are fully responsible for the content and data they generate within the SeeLog application. Users:
- Agree that the location data they generate through the application is accurate to the best of their knowledge and used in accordance with these terms.
- Acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any activity carried out through their account.
The SeeLog application is not designed for children under 13. Users under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent to use SeeLog.
You agree that we may download and install updates to our software on your device.
You agree not to modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or otherwise engage in any conduct that infringes our intellectual property rights.
SeeLog accepts no responsibility for the consequences arising from user information falling into the hands of malicious parties as a result of attacks on the database and the misuse of such information.
SeeLog does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or accuracy of GPS and location data, as these depend on device hardware, network conditions, and third-party services outside our control.
SeeLog reserves the right to cancel user memberships, services, or accounts without providing a reason.
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to stalking, surveillance of others without consent, or any activity that violates the privacy of third parties. If any misuse is detected:
- Accounts may be suspended.
- Accounts may be permanently closed.
Content and data generated by users on the SeeLog platform must not violate any laws. Users:
- Must not use the application in a manner that is harmful to personal identities in any way.
- Must not use the application for any activity that is defamatory or contrary to general moral standards.
- If any activity constituting a crime under the law is detected, the relevant authorities will be informed, and this will only be carried out in accordance with legal requirements.
Copyright and intellectual property rights will be respected on the SeeLog platform and its software. Users:
- Accept responsibility for any copyright infringement that may arise from content they upload to the platform.
- Accordingly, no claims or liabilities can be directed against SeeLog.
SeeLog and its users are legally completely independent parties.
By using the interactive areas on the site or application, the user:
- May not share content contrary to local and national laws or international agreements.
- May not create or encourage any situation that may constitute a crime or require legal action.
- May not use the application in any illegal, threatening, or defamatory manner.

Removal of Content or Disabling Your Account

We reserve the right to cancel your account if we believe that content or information you have submitted to the Service violates these Terms of Use or our policies, or as permitted by law. We may also immediately stop or refuse to provide the Service to you in whole or in part (including account closure) where required or permitted by law, in cases of repeated intellectual property rights violations, or to protect our services.
